HCL Infosystems MEA, India’s premier hardware, services and ICT system integration Company, has announced the setting up of its operations in Qatar. The operation in Qatar, formerly known as NTS Technologies, is set up in partnership with Dyarco International WLL, theleading business consultancy in Qatar and a subsidiary of the Al Faisal Holding.
